KMWorld released its ranking of 2019 Trend-Setting Knowledge Management Products and Colligo’s Email Manager for Office 365 was among the products singled out for innovation among industry leaders like IBM, Adobe, OpenText and Oracle.

The KMWorld annual product review evaluates knowledge management tools and platforms for their ability to enable faster access to the right information when and where it is needed, plus capabilities for smarter search and unified information governance across silos.

Colligo Email Manager for Office 365 was the first on the market to not only provide fast save to SharePoint capability right from Outlook in Office 365, but to support information governance by enabling users to add or auto apply retention labels at the point of saving. Knowledge managers and record managers value label tools to enforce retention rules related to industry regulations or internal policies. For example, tax forms or contracts may need to be retained for a minimum number of years, work visas may need to be retained with no edits then permanently deleted.
