In early 2020, Colligo came under the ownership of Olbia Software Inc. The acquisition expanded our leadership team while providing investment for our next stage of growth. We have a renewed commitment to our mission, and to delivering great products and service to our customers.
Tim joined Colligo as CEO in February 2020 after acquiring the company through Olbia Software Inc. He is passionate about Colligo’s mission to improve the productivity of modern workforces and helping organizations with content management. Prior to Olbia Software, Tim spent many years both covering and investing in the Canadian and US technology sectors with Picton Mahoney Asset Management and RBC Capital Markets. Tim holds an HBA from the Ivey School of Business.
Loic joined Colligo to plan and lead the company’s strategic shift to focus on Microsoft 365 with next-generation email and content management solutions that bring SharePoint into Office for 365. Loic is an accomplished executive who builds team capacity and prudently manages finances to help adapt technology business to rapidly shifting markets and technology environments.
Andy directs research and development and serves as Colligo’s frontline to customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Applying a decade of experience advising businesses on how to best utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Office for productivity, Andy guides the product roadmap for Colligo’s suite of solutions. Andy’s deep technical expertise come from both product leadership and as a solutions engineer early in his career.
Colligo’s North America customers know Roland as the technical frontline helping to understand and serve their needs. Roland is a senior technology manager with over 15 years of experience supporting businesses in best utilizing SharePoint and Microsoft Office. He provides proven and consistent skills to drive complex projects forward, helping organizations to break down silos to better collaborate and continuously improve performance and innovate.
Lisa is dedicated to Colligo’s customers, demonstrating service excellence and advocating for the evolving needs of organizations on SharePoint and Microsoft Office. First joining Colligo as Customer Success Manager, Lisa now manages the sales frontline, while remaining an impassioned advocate for Colligo customers celebrating their successes and chasing solutions for their problems with tenacity.
As Controller, Jessica is responsible for leading the company’s accounting operations including IFRS financial reporting, internal controls, tax compliance and corporate administration. Jessica is a team player who enjoys solving challenges. She is energized by the people, and the fast-paced and innovative work environment of Colligo. Jessica is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
Michael Jenkins has over 35 years of senior leadership experience in the Canadian & Global Markets in private and public companies. His expertise includes global sales/distribution channels, In/Out product licensing and manufacturing. Michael was co-founder, chairman & CEO of a start-up medical device company where he led the company’s IPO, development and commercialization of clinically proven and approved (HC, FCA,EU) devices using the company’s proprietary thermal technology. Products developed and approved included devices for topical insect sting/bite relief and cold sore prevention. Michael has founded/co-founded over 20 companies. He’s worked in OTC Health, Rx, medical devices, natural health products, institutional healthcare and outdoor products/sporting goods.
Since May of 1998, Scott White has served as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Parlay group of companies (www.Parlaygames.com). Parlay was the first company in the world to develop and commercialize an online bingo gaming platform and maintain global clients and corporate affiliates throughout the world. Scott has participated in the online gaming marketplace as an investor, legal and strategic advisor, director, supplier and operator for more than 25 years and has served as a panellist and public speaker in many industry forums.
Prior founding Parlay, from 1990 to 2000, Scott served as the founding partner of a Toronto law firm where he was engaged as a lawyer, practicing in the areas of corporate/commercial law, administrative law and business law where he serviced a multinational, primarily corporate client base. Scott has created numerous private and public enterprises in Canada, the United States, Europe and Latin America where he has served and continues to serve as a director, officer and investor. He holds an HBA degree from the University of Toronto, an LLB from the University of Windsor, and maintains good standing as a practicing lawyer with the Law Society of Ontario.
Kevin Brady is a leader in the health and benefits field with over 35 years of experience. He’s held senior executive positions within one of Canada’s largest insurance companies as well as starting his own employee benefits company which merged with NFP in 2013. In addition he saw a need to help companies and employees with health solutions and therefore founded Advica Health. Advica Health assists companies and individuals by helping them navigate the very best health solutions locally and in the world.
Stephen Charko contributes deep expertise in go-to-market, sales, and corporate strategy in all major technology sectors along with several years of global experience. After nearly six years at Gartner, where he was one of the youngest Managing Partners, Stephen decided to join a smaller firm: Telemetry, as a Managing Director. Telemetry takes a data science-enabled approach to private equity diligence and value creation.
Joel Hurren is Equity Analyst for Guardian Capital, where since 2018, he has focused on core and concentrated long-only equity mandates. Prior to Guardian Capital, Joel worked at RBC Capital Markets in Equity Research, which provided an opportunity to apply his scientific education (Master of Biotechnology from the University of Toronto) to healthcare equity research. Joel is a CFA Charterholder and contributes expertise in financial analysis and capital markets.
Julian is passionate about building strong relationships with Colligo channel partners, understanding their needs and advocating for them as go to market allies. Julian has been involved with technology partners for over 20 years across a broad range of solutions and services, including Security, Financial, ERP and Unified Communications. Julian enjoys collaborating with partners to help them grow and takes pride in getting to know them both professionally and personally.
Billy joined Colligo this year after extensive training in both the Microsoft ecosystem and SaaS platforms. He believes in partnering with customers and working to solve problems in a collaborative manner. Based in Ontario, Billy is excited to build out Colligo’s footprint on the eastern seaboard and across Europe.
Sarah is dedicated to sharing Colligo’s industry knowledge, expanding its market presence, and uniting customers with the ideal business solutions. Sarah has worked in the technology sector for over 20 years for companies in both IT services and enterprise and content management software. She believes that the key to effective marketing is a solid strategy and is excited to be a part of Colligo’s innovative and energized team.
