Colligo's Notes replication capability does not require or rely on the Domino server, but rather, allows mobile workers to replicate changes in their databases directly with their peers as needed. Periodically, one person can then replicate to the Domino server when they have a reliable connection, updating changes that have been made by the team in the field and pulling down any changes that may have been added by others connected to the server.

Like other Colligo applications, Workgroup Edition for Lotus Notes is uncomplicated, yet powerful software for laptop users. It has been deployed at many companies to improve the productivity and reduce the frustration within their mobile teams. Workgroup Edition for Lotus Notes has also proven invaluable to IT departments as it can significantly reduce the support costs associated with remote and mobile teams.
