Company Reports 176% Growth of Desktop Software for SharePoint

Vancouver, BC, January 21, 2008 – Colligo Networks, a leader in desktop collaboration solutions, today announces 2007 marked its third consecutive year of double digit revenue growth.

The primary driver for this growth was sales of the Colligo for SharePoint® product line, which increased 176% over 2006. In 2007, over 350 companies selected Colligo Contributor™ to provide offline access for their mobile professionals and to improve email and document management. Contributor is an easy-to-deploy .NET client application that extends the power of Microsoft SharePoint® to the desktop. The software includes two user interface options: a standalone desktop client and a Microsoft Office Outlook® client.

“Colligo has been a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for three years,” remarks Barry Jinks, President and CEO, Colligo Networks. “During this time Colligo has become a leader in desktop client technologies for Microsoft SharePoint. Over 16,000 individuals have downloaded our free Reader for SharePoint. Thousands more are using Colligo Contributor, our premier two-way sync product. To date, over 520 organizations have purchased Contributor.”

Colligo signed several major contracts in 2007 with large enterprises, including Crowe Chizek and Company LLC. “The Colligo Contributor desktop client provides the same user interface for our professionals whether they are connected to the network or working offline,” said Cornelius J. van Dyk, Microsoft MVP and SharePoint architect at Crowe Chizek in a recently published case study. “It drastically improved their productivity by giving them ready access to the business information they needed on client engagements. In addition to documents, Contributor allows our professionals to take SharePoint elements such as custom lists, metadata, and views offline.” Crowe Group LLP, parent company of Crowe Chizek, is one of the top 10 accounting and consulting firms in the U.S.

“We expect triple digit growth in sales of the Colligo for SharePoint product line this year,” adds Barry Jinks. “Several international enterprise agreements signed in 2007 are scheduled for delivery in 2008, and others are currently being negotiated. Additionally, some exciting product announcements are planned for the Microsoft SharePoint Conference 2008 in March in Seattle, Washington. These activities combined with the continued rapid market adoption of SharePoint will drive Colligo’s success in 2008.”
