Company Further Reports Over 2000 Percent Growth in Year-Over-Year Sales of Desktop Software for Microsoft SharePoint

Vancouver, BC, April 23, 2008 – Colligo Networks Inc., a leader in desktop collaboration solutions, reported that the first quarter of 2008 marked a new sales record for the company. First quarter revenues increased 110 percent year-over-year and 47 percent over Q4 2007, contributing to strong gross profit results.

The Colligo for SharePoint® product line played a significant role in the overall growth. Revenues for Colligo Contributor™ in the first quarter increased 55 percent over the previous quarter and over 2000 percent year-over-year. Colligo Contributor is client software that has proven to increase SharePoint user adoption by providing an intuitive user experience that better integrates SharePoint into the way users work on their desktops. Over 160 organizations, large and small, purchased Colligo’s desktop applications for SharePoint in the first quarter.

“Our recently expanded client software product line for SharePoint is gaining an industry leadership position, resulting in record sales this year,” remarked Barry Jinks, President and CEO, Colligo Networks. “In March, we released Version 3.0 of our Colligo for SharePoint product line to give customers a variety of solutions that integrate SharePoint into the desktops of their information workers. We immediately saw strong market adoption for all the new client software options.”

With Colligo Contributor 3.0 for SharePoint, customers can choose a product tailored to their specific requirements. Colligo Contributor 3.0 Client is a rich desktop application that provides instant access, online and offline, for mobile and remote workers. Colligo Contributor 3.0 Add-In for Outlook® integrates email and content management capabilities within the Microsoft Office Outlook interface. Colligo Contributor Software Development Kit (SDK) enables developers to create custom desktop applications for SharePoint Products and Technologies. Colligo Contributor Pro incorporates all of the features of the Client, Add-In, and SDK. It is designed for corporations that want to deploy a mix of features and interfaces to their users.

“An important new client for Colligo this quarter is Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM), a leading engineering, sciences, and project deliver firm,” added Barry Jinks. “They purchased Version 3.0 of the Colligo Contributor Add-In for Outlook for firm-wide deployment. The firm has over 6,000 people in 47 offices globally.”

“Demand [for offline SharePoint] can only increase as the amount of content managed in SharePoint repositories continues to rise,” commented Kathleen Reidy, Senior Analyst, Enterprise Software, The 451 Group, in her recent report. “Even more than the offline technology, the Outlook integration seems like low-hanging fruit that Microsoft will have to address one way or another.” This comment appeared in an independent report, titled “Chunks Up Product Line to Serve More, Different SharePoint Users” published on March 18, 2008 (see Editor’s Note below).
