Company Reports High Growth of Innovative Software Application

Vancouver, BC, November 7, 2007 –  Colligo Networks, a leader in desktop collaboration solutions, reported an 86% increase in revenues and an 84% increase in gross profits in Q3 2007 over Q3 2006. The main driver continues to be the success of Colligo Contributor™ for SharePoint® – sales of which have increased over 3000% year to date over 2006. Contributor is an easy-to-deploy .NET client application that extends the power of Microsoft Office SharePoint® to the desktop.

“Market adoption of Colligo Contributor for SharePoint is growing fast – it is now used by over 400 companies,” reported Barry Jinks, President and CEO of Colligo Networks. “A noteworthy win for Colligo in the third quarter is the company wide license purchase by Crowe Chizek, one of the top ten accounting firms in the U.S.,” added Jinks, “and we expect that seats sales of Contributor in the fourth quarter to triple total sales to date.”

In October 2007, Crowe Chizek and Company LLC chose Colligo Contributor to support offline access to SharePoint for more than 2,300 personnel. “The Colligo Contributor desktop client provides the same user interface for our professionals whether they are connected to the network or working offline. It drastically improved their productivity by giving them ready access to the business information they needed on client engagements,” said Cornelius J. van Dyk, Microsoft MVP and SharePoint architect at Crowe Chizek. “In addition to documents, Contributor allows our professionals to take SharePoint elements such as custom lists, metadata, and views offline. Contributor will help Crowe Chizek save time, streamline engagements, and improve the quality of our client service.”

“We like to think of Colligo as a spunky vendor that has found a position that allows it to leverage some hard-won expertise in the SharePoint offline marketplace,” Tony Rizzo, Sector Head, Mobile Software, with The 451 Group, a technology industry analyst company focused on the business of enterprise IT innovation, in his recent report. “Colligo’s strength is in the quality of its product and platform offering. The offline client clearly delivers a significant productivity gain for users, enough so that desktop users also want the services provided. In turn, that generates multiple points of strong demand.” This comment appeared in an independent report, titled “Can Colligo’s mobile SharePoint products spur a 10x revenue jump?,” published on September 27, 2007 (see Editor’s Note below).

Released October 24, 2007, Version 2.2 of Colligo Contributor enables users to easily store and manage emails, documents, lists, and metadata in SharePoint online and offline through one of two user interfaces: a rich desktop client and an Outlook Add-in. Extending the value of its SharePoint client technology beyond offline applications, Contributor brings together the intuitive usability of desktop applications with the rich collaboration and content management functionality of SharePoint. Emails, attachments, and message fields can be synchronized to web-based SharePoint sites by simple drag-and-drop within Outlook.
