If you’re a match for the role, Human Resources will reach out to you to set up an initial phone interview; this preliminary chat assesses fit and role-related skills and determines if you will brought onsite for a further interview. It also gives you an opportunity to ask some questions and get to know us a bit better.
An onsite interview provides an opportunity for some of the Colligo team, including the hiring manager, to meet you and further discuss the role; in most cases, you will meet with the department head. You will also get a tour of our office and get a sense of what working for Colligo might be.
Following the in-person interview we will decide if you are suitable for the position. Human Resources will usually contact you within a few days to let you know our final decision.
