Colligo offers competitive salaries, vacation starting at 3 weeks with accrual, and a comprehensive benefits program. We also host “Fierce Fridays”, a great opportunity to get to know fellow employees and have some fun together! We have a great office located in the heart of Yaletown and a bike room and shower in the office; our kitchen is stocked with great tea and coffee, and we have local craft beer available to enjoy when the work day is done!
Colligo supports Education Sponsorship and will assist with work related courses, conferences and learning materials. Our Employee Development processes continue to grow and there are opportunities for career development including internal promotions and chances to take on additional responsibilities in areas of interest. Lunch and Learns held by both our own team members, as well as external guests, are a great way to learn something new.
We like to show our community spirit by supporting charitable causes, with the highlight being our annual United Way Campaign! We hold several fun events to raise funds, such as racing other Vancouver tech companies up the Grouse Grind and our highly anticipated United Way Auction. We also are proud to sponsor and host the monthly VanO365 user group and are a Gold sponsor of SharePoint Saturdays Vancouver.
If you’re a match for the role, Human Resources will reach out to you to set up an initial phone interview; this preliminary chat assesses fit and role-related skills and determines if you will brought onsite for a further interview. It also gives you an opportunity to ask some questions and get to know us a bit better.
An onsite interview provides an opportunity for some of the Colligo team, including the hiring manager, to meet you and further discuss the role; in most cases, you will meet with the department head. You will also get a tour of our office and get a sense of what working for Colligo might be.
Following the in-person interview we will decide if you are suitable for the position. Human Resources will usually contact you within a few days to let you know our final decision.
