Search Colligo Support

Administrators can configure a number of settings at install- or post-install time. Many settings can be configured during the install process by configuring the MSI installer, or post-install by pushing out settings to the registry. Colligo Email Manager Registry settings may be stored under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE or HKEY_CURRENT_USER. Values under HKEY_CURRENT_USER take precedence. Values are stored in:

  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Colligo
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Colligo (for 64-bit machines)
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Colligo

Enabling FAST search, Keyword search, or SQL search

Description

For Email Manager 5.2 and higher, the following registry key is available to enable different kinds of search. The default search behavior is SQL/Enterprise. The new registry key can enable Keyword search or FAST search.

The following list details which search is compatible with which version of SharePoint:

  • SharePoint Foundation: Basic/Keyword
  • SharePoint Server Standard: SQL/Enterprise Search
  • SharePoint Server Enterprise: SQL/Enterprise Search
  • SharePoint Server with FAST: FAST
