Sometimes customers experience an issue where Notes replication appears to complete successfully, but changes are not transferred.
The most likely cause of this problem is the “Replicate Since” setting in the “Replicate Notes Databases” window. Only changes that occurred *after* the specified date and time will be replicated. Note that each time a successful replication completes, the “Replicate Since” time may be updated to the current time (to reduce the number of changes that need to be transferred in the next replication). If you need to replicate changes that occurred before the specified time, click “Edit Preferences” in the “Replicate Notes Databases” window. This will allow you to change the starting time for replication. Note that the button “Edit Preferences” in the “Replicate Notes Databases” window has been renamed to “Change Settings” in version 4.0 of Colligo Workgroup.
In version 4.0.0.14 and later, the Colligo software no longer automatically pushes forward the “Replicate Since” time after each successful replication. See the article “Change to Colligo Notes replication behavior” for more details.
