Issue:
When trying to drag-and-drop an attachment from an email or a document from a location outside Outlook, you receive the following error:
This issue is typically caused by Corporate IT policies restricting the use of PST files. The Microsoft-approved solution to the policy is to allow trusted applications to override the policy.
Resolution:
To enable the override, add the following key to the registry to allow users to file attachments and documents to SharePoint locations through Colligo Email Manager:
Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\<version>\Outlook\PST\
Value Name: PSTDisableGrowAllowAuthenticodeOverrides
Value Data: 1
Value Type: DWORD
