Issue:
In Windows 7, the Contributor File Manager icon may not be displayed in Windows Explorer.
Resolution:
- In Windows Explorer, select Organize > Folder and Search Options. The Folder Options screen displays.
- Check the Show all folders box:
The Colligo File Manager icon is now visible:
The setting may be managed through group policies by configuring the following registry key:
Path: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
Name: NavPaneShowAllFolders
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1
