When using Colligo Workgroup to replicate Notes databases client-to-client, you may see an “Extraction Error” message in the replication log file.
To resolve this issue, we recommend trying the alternate extraction method. The alternate extraction method is enabled through the Colligo.INI file. The Colligo.INI file can be modified in the installation media before installing. It can also be modified in the Colligo install directory after installation completes. To enable the alternate extraction method, add (or uncomment) the following line in the [NORS] section of the Colligo.INI file:
MRC := 1
Then restart Colligo if it was running.
The alternate extraction method is our preferred extraction method. It may occasionally take somewhat longer to perform a replication, but it deals better with replication issues such as conflicts.

If switching to the alternate extraction method does not work, or you are already using the alternate extraction method, please try deleting the following folders on the machine where the problem is occurring:
%UserProfile%\Application Data\Colligo Networks\Colligo\Notes\Changes
%UserProfile%\Application Data\Colligo Networks\Colligo\Notes\Changes2
Then exit and restart Colligo on this computer and attempt to replicate again.
