Issue:
If your Office 365 site does not have a sharepoint.com domain, the site won’t connect. The authentication prompt reappears continuously.
Resolution:
Create a registry key (string) called SharePointOnlineDomain in one of the following locations and add your Office 365 domain as the string value:
Colligo Contributor
- 32-bit Windows: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ColligoOfflineClient\General
- 64-bit Windows: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ColligoOfflineClient\General
Colligo Email Manager
- 32-bit Office: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Colligo\EmailManager
- 64-bit Office: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Colligo\EmailManager
After you have added the key, remove the site and add it again.
