Issue:
The setting in the AdminSiteUrl registry key connects the client machine to the settings in Colligo Administrator (sites, favorites, folders, and control groups). For these changes to take effect, Outlook must be restarted. If the settings are not taking effect, this means Outlook may have still been running in the background and did not fully shut down.
Resolution:
You need to end the Outlook process and then re-open the program:
- Open Task Manager.
- On the Processes tab, look for outlook.exe in the Image Name list.
- Select it and click End Process.
Close Task Manager and re-open Outlook.
