For Colligo Contributor version 4.4+, choose your installer package depending on which Operating System you are running:
- For a 32-bit Operating System, use the x86 installer
- For a 64-bit Operating System, use the x64 installer
To determine which Operating system you have:
From the Start menu, right-click on Computer in the right column and select Properties from the contextual menu. The following screen displays with the Operating System displayed:
For Colligo Contributor version 4.3, choose your installer package depending on which version of Office you have installed:
- For 32-bit Office, use the x86 installer
- For 64-bit Office, use the x64 installer
To determine which version you have:
1. Open Outlook and click the File tab.
2. Select the Help option on the left. Under the About Microsoft Outlook section, the version is displayed, as shown below:
