Colligo Administrator allows business users and IT managers to deploy Colligo products to their enterprise, automatically configuring user software for access to the required resources in SharePoint.

Get users up and running on SharePoint quickly, without requiring them to connect to SharePoint resources or configure settings themselves. All configuration and settings are managed centrally from the Colligo Administrator site in SharePoint.

Centrally provision and manage users’ SharePoint sites, folders, and favorites. Role-, department-, and user-specific access can be easily configured, with selected locations appearing automatically in the users’ Colligo software.

Report

Metrics determining SharePoint adoption and ROI can be tracked, communicated, and optimized, with data on user behavior automatically provided to Colligo Administrator. Easily review detailed usage analytics reports, such as the top SharePoint sites being accessed through Colligo software, or which users are managing email attachments in SharePoint.*

Any Device, Any Application
