Colligo Networks SharePoint Products Sales Soar in Third Quarter
Fourth Consecutive Quarter of Growth Highlighted by Record 237%
Annual Increase in Sales of SharePoint Products
Vancouver, BC, October 21, 2008 – Colligo Networks
Inc., a leader in desktop collaboration solutions, reported a new record for
sales in the third quarter of 2008. Third quarter sales increased 144 percent
over Q3 2007 with year-to-date revenues increasing 108 percent compared to the
first three quarters of 2007. The company achieved its fourth consecutive
quarter of growth driven by a 192% increase in Colligo for SharePoint sales
quarter over quarter of last year, and a 237% increase year over year.
“Colligo continues to achieve milestones not only in product sales, but in
market acceptance and media recognition of our industry leading desktop
collaboration solutions,” said Barry Jinks, President and CEO, Colligo Networks.
“With the success of our third quarter, our customer base is reading like a
who’s who of the Fortune 1000 and we are delighted that these respected
organizations are making their operations more efficient and effective by
utilizing our desktop technology. Despite the current economic conditions,
Colligo is poised for strong sales growth in the fourth quarter and year ahead.”
In addition to record sales, Colligo continues to receive important industry and
media recognition for its desktop collaboration technology. In August, Colligo
Contributor Pro Version 3.0 desktop software for Microsoft® Office SharePoint
received the “2008 Editor’s Best Awards” in the SharePoint category by Penton
Media’s Windows IT Pro magazine. This is in addition to the year’s earlier award
from Microsoft’s Best of Tech•Ed 2008 that recognized Colligo in the
productivity and collaboration category.
“Colligo has gained a well deserved reputation for delivering innovative
solutions that make an immediate positive impact on the productivity of workers,
whether they are out in the field or in the office,” said Genèse Castonguay,
Vice President of Marketing at Colligo and a current finalist in the Best
Canadian Executive category in the 5th annual Stevie Awards for Women in
Business. “With our partner and marketing programs delivering consistent results
and a full slate of activities planned for the rest of 2008, our fourth quarter
will be a very exciting time at Colligo.”
