Colligo Networks Appoints Business Objects Executive
to its Board of Directors
Vancouver, BC, February 21, 2006 - Colligo Networks today announced that Greg Wolfe, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Americas Operations, Business Objects, has joined the Colligo Networks Board of Directors. Mr. Wolfe has more than 18 years of experience in the technology industry; most recently in the enterprise software market. His addition to the Colligo Board will be invaluable as the company expands its product offerings and markets over the coming years.

Mr. Wolfe is Senior Vice President and General Manager, Americas Operations for Business Objects, the world's leading Business Intelligence software company. Prior to joining Business Objects, Mr. Wolfe was vice president of Americas sales at Crystal Decisions where he was one of the primary architects of the company's global success. Mr. Wolfe also held leadership positions at Xerox, Canada, in the company's electronic printing and publishing business. His responsibilities spanned an 11-year stint in management and major account operations.
Mr. Wolfe holds a bachelor of business administration and undergraduate studies from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
