Colligo Networks Appoints Bill Tam as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Vancouver, BC, July 7, 2004 - Colligo Networks today announced the appointment of Bill Tam, founder and CEO of Thoughtbridge Management Consultants, as Chairman of its Board of Directors. Mr. Tam joins Colligo's Board of Directors with more than 16 years experience in the telecommunications and technology industry. Previous to this appointment, Mr. Tam chaired Colligo's Board of Advisors for the past 2 years.

Mr. Tam is founder and Principal of ThoughtBridge Management Consultants, a strategy consulting firm focused on business planning and market strategy for technology companies. Previously he served as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Infowave Software, where he was responsible for their global sales and marketing. He has also held senior executive positions with AT&T Canada , MetroNet Communications and Rogers Communications.

Mr. Tam is a graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree. He also holds an MBA from Ivey Business School.
